Huawei Mate 30 Pro is available in Spain, France is still waiting July 15, 2020 – Posted in: Smartphone news
As reported by the Xataka site, Huawei has made the decision to launch the Mate 30 Pro in Spain, without the Play Store and access to Google services. A choice that may surprise, but which undoubtedly aims to demonstrate that we can offer a new high-end smartphone without the ecosystem of the American firm. The success of the new flagship is uncertain in Europe where Maps, Search, Gmail or YouTube are firmly established. However, this is a strong signal sent to the Mountain View company. Certainly, technically Huawei can do without the applications in question, but their absence still lowers the commercial potential of its smartphone.
Available in the Huawei Madrid store
For now the Mate 30 Pro is only available in the brand’s physical store located in Madrid. It is offered in the Space Silver color at a price of 1,099 euros.
Remember that the Mate 30 Pro has a 6.53-inch AMOLED screen (2,400 x 1,176 pixels). Under the hood, there is a Kirin 990 processor clocked at 2.86 GHz coupled with 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a 4,500 mAh battery compatible with fast charging 40 watts and reverse wireless charging. The photo part is one of its strong points with four sensors at the rear and a dual APN at the front (32 Mpx + TOF). Finally, it is equipped with a fingerprint reader under the screen and a 3D facial recognition system.
It is not always available in France, but the situation could quickly settle after the release of the mobile with our Iberian neighbors.
